ALean version: a small monthly event, run by hand from September 2026

The decision is to start now with what exists, not to wait for a system. Nothing in Part A needs a developer. It needs a one-page rule text, a printable teacher letter, one CS owner, a Google Sheet and a budget line. The public board stays exactly as it is; FLYER adds the prize, the eligibility check and the announcement around it.

The letter

A printable one-page bilingual form is at roadmap.flyer.vn/ranking-prize-letter. CS exports it to PDF once and sends the same file to every family. A phone photo of the signed page is accepted. Fields: student name, date of birth, school, grade and class, level and month, three statements (age band, learning at this level, sat the tests personally), teacher name, role, school or centre, phone, signature and date, parent name, phone, signature and consent to publish.

When to build Part B

• The event is kept after November and the team wants it to run without one CS day per month.
• Disputes about the score itself, not about eligibility, appear more than once.
• The board's number one is repeatedly a grinder rather than a strong student; then start with Part B section 9 (versioned formula with the championship test), which is the smallest piece with the largest effect.

The five backlog items on the board are ordered for that moment and stay parked until then.

1Context and problem

FLYER wants a recurring, visible reward on the public leaderboard: each month, the student with the top score in Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET and PET receives a bicycle. The request came with one condition: a winner must present a letter from their English teacher confirming they are within the Cambridge age range for the level they won.

The leaderboard already exists and is well used. It has Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly tabs, a level selector, and student and school tables. What it does not have is any of the properties a physical prize needs: a formula that is written down and versioned, eligibility rules, a way to tell a real child from an anonymous or duplicate profile, an age on the profile, and any tooling to run a claim and verification process.

The risk of skipping this work is concrete. A bicycle is worth enough that families will optimise for it. Today a student can be ranked from an anonymous profile, one user can hold several profiles, staff and demo accounts are not excluded, and the score is a running sum that rewards volume over quality. The first month of prizes would produce disputes that the team cannot adjudicate, because the rule that produced the number is not in any repository.

2Goals and success metrics

Goals

• Turn the Monthly tab into a monthly race with a prize students and parents understand and trust.
• Raise the number of students who complete full mock tests every month at the five Cambridge levels.
• Get a verified date of birth onto student profiles, which every future age-banded feature will need.
• Establish a repeatable monthly operating cycle: freeze, claim, verify, announce, deliver.

3How the leaderboard works today

Read from the source, not assumed. The live app is flyer/webs-ranking (Next.js, last commit 27/08/2026) served at ranking.flyer.us; the older ranking-web repository is dead since October 2024. The ranking API is GraphQL v2 in flyer/exam.

Monthly tab, Starters, 7 September 2026. Rank 1 is a class account, not a child, with 770 points a week into the month.

Daily tab, Starters, same day. 106 points in one day means eleven full tests before dinner.

4What blocks a monthly prize

5The standard: programme rules

These are the rules as a parent should be able to read them on a public rules page. Everything in sections 9 to 14 exists to make these rules true. The numbers quoted come from the August 2026 read-replica baseline in section 2.

5.1 The prize

• Five prizes a month, one per level: Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, PET. Each prize is one bicycle.
• The winner of a level is the eligible student ranked first on the Monthly tab for that level at the moment the month is frozen.
• Two runners-up per level are held as reserves. If the winner does not complete the claim or fails verification, the prize passes to the next reserve.
• A student can win at most one bicycle per month (if first in two levels, the higher level counts and the lower passes to its reserve) and at most one bicycle per calendar year.

5.2 The score

5.3 Tie-break, in order

1. Lower time on the championship test, capped at the level's allotted duration.
2. More distinct tests completed in the month at that level.
3. Lower total time on the ten counted tests, with each test's time capped at the level's allotted duration so an open tab never counts.
4. Earlier moment at which the final score was reached.

5.4 Eligibility

• A registered student account (not an anonymous profile) with a parent phone number verified.
• A date of birth entered on the profile before the 20th of the month, and locked once entered; later corrections go through support with the same letter.
• The student's age on the last day of the month falls inside the level's age band (section 6).
• Not on the exclusion list: FLYER staff and their test accounts, school demo and sample accounts, partner admin accounts, and any profile flagged for integrity review in the last six months.
• Where one user owns several student profiles, only the profile designated as primary is eligible.

5.5 Claiming

• Provisional winners and reserves are notified on the 1st. They have seven days to submit the teacher confirmation letter (section 7) and a delivery address.
• FLYER verifies within three working days and may call the teacher or the school.
• Winners are announced on the 12th; delivery follows within two weeks; a delivery photo is posted on the winner wall with the family's consent.
• FLYER's decision on eligibility and integrity is final; the rule text and the score breakdown are shown to the claimant so the decision is explainable.

6Age bands per level

Cambridge publishes the Young Learners suite (Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers) for children aged roughly 6 to 12, with each paper pitched at a typical band inside that range. For A2 Key for Schools and B1 Preliminary for Schools it publishes no fixed age, only that the papers are written for school-aged learners. The bands below are FLYER's operational bands, aligned to that guidance and to Vietnamese school grades. Age is counted in completed years on the last day of the prize month.

• Bands overlap on purpose. An eight-year-old may race in both Starters and Movers, and a thirteen-year-old in both KET and PET; the one-prize-per-month rule handles the double win.
• The band applies both ways. A student older than the band cannot win that level even with the top score; a student younger than the band is also not eligible for that level. Whether to admit younger “prodigies” is an open question for Academic (section 16).
• The board still shows every student. An ineligible student keeps their rank on the public table, marked “not eligible for the prize” with the reason, so the number on the board never changes for them; only the prize passes them by.

7The teacher confirmation letter

The letter is the human check. The platform can compute an age from a date of birth, but it cannot know whether the date is true or whether the child sat the tests. A named English teacher who signs a short form does both, and gives CS one phone number to call.

7.1 Who may sign

• The student's current English teacher at their school, or at an English centre the student attends. Homeroom teachers may sign for grades 1 to 3 where there is no separate English teacher.
• A parent, relative or the student's own FLYER account holder may not sign. A teacher who is the parent may not sign for their own child.
• If the teacher uses FLYER Teacher or Teado.ai and the student is in their class, the teacher can confirm in the product instead of on paper (phase 2, section 12.4). This is stronger evidence than a scan and should be preferred when available.

7.2 What the letter contains

The template is a one-page PDF, bilingual, downloadable from the claim page. A photo of the signed page taken with a phone is accepted; the upload is limited to 10 MB and to JPG, PNG, HEIC and PDF.

7.3 Verification by CS

1. Open the claim in admin; the letter is shown next to the profile, the frozen standings row and the integrity signals.
2. Check that name and date of birth match the profile and that the computed age is inside the band.
3. Call the teacher on the number given. Confirm the student, the class and that the teacher signed. Log the call outcome on the claim.
4. Approve, or reject with a reason chosen from a fixed list (date of birth mismatch, teacher unreachable, teacher denies signing, level not appropriate, integrity concern, incomplete letter). A rejection releases the prize to the next reserve automatically.

8The monthly cycle end to end

One cycle per level per month, all five running on the same calendar. Steps 1 and 2 are the existing leaderboard with the new formula; steps 3 to 7 are new.

9Requirement A: versioned ranking formula

Replace the hand-made monthly ranking for the five prize levels with a view whose definition lives in a migration file, computes the best-ten score in section 5.2, and carries a version number that is printed on the board.

What changes

• A new materialized view monthly_prize_ranks (level, month, learner profile, score, distinct test count, capped total time, time of final score, rank, formula version), added to the hourly refresh list next to learner_test_level_ranks.
• The Monthly tab for Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET and PET reads from this view. Daily, Weekly and Yearly, and Monthly for other levels, are unchanged in phase 1.
• Rank is a position (row_number), never a percentile bucket. The sibling monthly recap view uses ntile(100) on production and row_number() on dev; that drift must not be repeated here.
• Month boundaries are computed in Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh explicitly in the SQL, not left to the session time zone of whoever runs the refresh.
• The public rules page and the board footer print “Formula v1, effective 01/10/2026”. A formula change bumps the version and takes effect only from the next month.
• The championship test is an ordinary check point flagged championship_month and championship_level, hidden from the library and from search until its window opens, single attempt enforced server-side (a second start is refused, not silently ignored), and released into the normal library once the window closes. Academic delivers five such tests by the 20th of each month.

Acceptance

• Given a student with twelve tests, the best-ten score equals the sum of their ten best normalised grades and their thirteenth test never changes it.
• Given two students on 200, the one with the lower capped time on the championship test ranks first; then more distinct tests; then lower capped time on the ten counted tests; then the earlier final score.
• A second start of the championship test is refused by the API with a message the student can read; only the first attempt is ever counted. The test is not visible in the library, in search, or by direct link before its window opens.
• The definition is in a migration in the exam repository and produces the same rank on dev and production for the same fixture data.
• Medals on the board are keyed to the server rank, not the row index.

10Requirement B: eligibility and profile

Date of birth

• Add a date-of-birth prompt in the student app and on ranking.flyer.us for any logged-in student without one. Copy: “Add your birthday to be eligible for the monthly bicycle.”
• Once saved, the field is locked (dob_locked_at). Changing it requires a support ticket with a teacher letter or birth certificate. This is what makes the age check meaningful.
• Validation: a date between 3 and 20 years before today; anything else is rejected at the API.
• Cut-off: a date of birth saved on or after the 20th of a month does not count for that month's prize. This stops a family adding a convenient birthday on the 31st after seeing the standings.

Eligibility computation

A nightly job (and again at freeze) writes an eligibility row per active student and level: eligible or not, with a list of reasons. Reasons are a fixed enum so the UI can explain them.

Exclusion list

• Seeded from: every learner profile linked to a @flyer.us or @flyer.vn user, the configured demo student ids that the sample-class job shifts dates for, and profiles owned by partner admin accounts.
• Maintained in admin (section 12) with a reason and an expiry; integrity holds expire after six months.

On the board

• Every row on the Monthly tab of a prize level carries a small badge: “Eligible” or “Not eligible”. Tapping the latter shows the reason to the student themselves and a neutral “not eligible for the prize” to everyone else.
• The pinned footer row for the logged-in student gains a checklist: account, parent phone, birthday, age band, tests counted so far (7 of 10).

11Requirement C: claim flow for students

A page on ranking.flyer.us reachable from the notification and from the board banner, for the logged-in provisional winner or reserve.

• States: invited, draft, submitted, under_review, verified, rejected, expired, awarded, delivered. Each state change notifies the parent.
• Reserves see the same page with “You are 1st reserve. If the winner's claim is not verified you will have five days to submit.” They may upload early.
• A rejected claimant sees the reason code and a support contact; they cannot resubmit in the same cycle except for “incomplete letter”, which allows one resubmission within the window.
• The winner wall at /prize/winners lists past winners by month and level: first name, school, province, score, delivery photo where consented.
• The public rules page at /prize/rules renders section 5 and section 6 of this document, bilingual, with the current formula version.

12Requirement D: admin and verification

12.1 Cycles

A list in admin-web of prize cycles, one row per month and level, with status (open, frozen, claiming, verifying, announced, closed), the frozen top ten, and the claim chain (winner, reserve 1, reserve 2 and who currently holds the prize).

12.2 Claims queue

A plain list, newest first, filterable by status and level. Each claim opens to a single screen: profile card, frozen standings row with the score breakdown (the ten counted tests), the uploaded letter, the teacher's phone, integrity signals (section 13), a call log, and Approve or Reject with the fixed reason list. Approving the winner sets the cycle to announced once all five levels are verified or on the 12th, whichever is first.

12.3 Exclusions and overrides

An exclusion list with add, reason, expiry and an audit log. A manual override to pass the prize to a reserve outside the automatic rules, with a mandatory note; overrides are listed on the cycle for later review.

12.4 In-product teacher confirmation (phase 2)

If the student belongs to a class on FLYER Teacher or Teado.ai, the claim can name that teacher. The teacher receives an in-product request: “Confirm that Minh Anh is in your class, is 9 years old, and completed the tests personally.” One tap confirms; the claim records the teacher's account, which is stronger than a phone call. Paper remains for students without a FLYER teacher.

12.5 Exports

CSV of winners per cycle for finance (prize value, delivery cost) and a monthly report of claims by outcome and reason for the product review.

13Anti-abuse and audit trail

A bicycle attracts effort. Rules alone are not enough; the platform must surface signals so that CS reviews with evidence, and every decision must be reconstructible.

• Flags are advisory. The only automatic outcomes are the eligibility reasons in section 10; everything else goes to a human with the evidence attached.
• Every cycle keeps: the frozen standings, the eligibility rows, every claim with its letter and call log, every state change with actor and time, and the formula version. Nothing in that set is ever updated in place.
• A student placed on integrity hold is told so, with a support route. Silence is worse than a clear rule.

Profile changes

• learner_profiles.dob_locked_at, learner_profiles.is_primary (one per user, default the oldest profile with attempts).
• API validation on date_of_birth: range check, and reject updates once locked unless the caller has the support role.

Jobs (Temporal, Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh)

• Hourly: refresh monthly_prize_ranks alongside the existing views.
• Nightly 03:00: recompute prize_eligibility for the current month.
• 1st 02:00: freeze the previous month into prize_cycles and prize_standings, create claims for the winner and two reserves per level, send notifications.
• Daily 09:00: expire overdue claims, promote the next reserve, remind claimants two days before deadline.

API

• GraphQL v2: monthlyPrizeRanks(testLevelId, month, first, after, filterBy) returning score, distinct tests, rank, eligible and reasons; viewerPrizeStatus(testLevelId) for the checklist; prizeCycle(month, testLevelId) for the banner and winner wall.

15Scope, phasing and budget

Running cost per month

Bicycle sizes differ across the age bands: a six-year-old and a sixteen-year-old do not ride the same bicycle. The claim form asks for a size, and procurement should hold two models.

Khi nào xây Phần B

• Sự kiện được giữ sau tháng 11 và đội ngũ muốn chạy mà không mất một ngày công CS mỗi tháng.
• Tranh cãi về chính điểm số, không phải về điều kiện, xuất hiện nhiều hơn một lần.
• Hạng nhất trên bảng liên tục là người cày đề thay vì học sinh giỏi; khi đó bắt đầu từ Phần B mục 9 (công thức có phiên bản kèm đề vô địch), phần nhỏ nhất nhưng hiệu quả lớn nhất.

Năm item backlog trên board được sắp cho thời điểm đó và tạm gác lại cho tới lúc ấy.

1Bối cảnh và vấn đề

FLYER muốn có một phần thưởng định kỳ, dễ thấy trên bảng xếp hạng công khai: mỗi tháng, học sinh có điểm cao nhất ở Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET và PET nhận một chiếc xe đạp. Yêu cầu đi kèm một điều kiện: người thắng phải nộp giấy xác nhận của giáo viên tiếng Anh, chứng nhận học sinh đúng độ tuổi chuẩn Cambridge của cấp độ đã thắng.

Bảng xếp hạng đã có và được dùng nhiều. Trang có các tab Ngày, Tuần, Tháng, Năm, bộ chọn cấp độ, bảng học sinh và bảng trường. Điều còn thiếu là mọi thuộc tính mà một giải thưởng hiện vật cần: một công thức được ghi thành văn và có phiên bản, quy tắc về điều kiện dự thi, cách phân biệt học sinh thật với hồ sơ ẩn danh hoặc hồ sơ trùng, ngày sinh trên hồ sơ, và công cụ để vận hành quy trình nhận giải và thẩm định.

Rủi ro nếu bỏ qua phần việc này là cụ thể. Một chiếc xe đạp đủ giá trị để các gia đình tối ưu vì nó. Hiện nay một học sinh có thể được xếp hạng từ hồ sơ ẩn danh, một người dùng có thể giữ nhiều hồ sơ, tài khoản nhân viên và tài khoản demo không bị loại, và điểm là tổng cộng dồn, thưởng cho số lượng hơn chất lượng. Tháng trao giải đầu tiên sẽ sinh ra tranh cãi mà đội ngũ không thể phân xử, vì quy tắc tạo ra con số đó không nằm trong kho mã nào.

2Mục tiêu và chỉ số

Mục tiêu

• Biến tab Tháng thành một cuộc đua hằng tháng với phần thưởng mà học sinh và phụ huynh hiểu và tin.
• Tăng số học sinh hoàn thành đề thi thử đầy đủ mỗi tháng ở năm cấp độ Cambridge.
• Đưa ngày sinh đã xác minh lên hồ sơ học sinh, nền tảng cho mọi tính năng phân theo độ tuổi về sau.
• Thiết lập chu trình vận hành hằng tháng lặp lại được: chốt, nhận giải, thẩm định, công bố, trao giải.

Đây là thể lệ ở dạng phụ huynh đọc được trên trang thể lệ công khai. Mọi thứ ở mục 9 đến 14 tồn tại để các quy tắc này đúng. Các con số trích dẫn lấy từ số nền tháng 8/2026 trên bản sao đọc ở mục 2.

5.1 Giải thưởng

• Năm giải mỗi tháng, mỗi cấp độ một giải: Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, PET. Mỗi giải là một chiếc xe đạp.
• Người thắng của một cấp độ là học sinh đủ điều kiện xếp hạng nhất trên tab Tháng của cấp độ đó tại thời điểm chốt tháng.
• Hai học sinh kế tiếp ở mỗi cấp độ được giữ làm dự bị. Nếu người thắng không hoàn tất nhận giải hoặc không qua thẩm định, giải chuyển cho dự bị kế tiếp.
• Một học sinh thắng tối đa một xe đạp mỗi tháng (nếu đứng nhất ở hai cấp độ, tính cấp độ cao hơn, cấp độ thấp chuyển cho dự bị) và tối đa một xe đạp mỗi năm dương lịch.

5.2 Điểm

5.3 Phân định đồng điểm, theo thứ tự

1. Thời gian thấp hơn ở đề vô địch, chặn ở thời lượng quy định của cấp độ.
2. Nhiều bài khác nhau hơn hoàn thành trong tháng ở cấp độ đó.
3. Tổng thời gian thấp hơn trên mười bài được tính, thời gian mỗi bài bị chặn ở thời lượng quy định của cấp độ để một tab bỏ quên không bao giờ được tính.
4. Sớm hơn ở thời điểm đạt điểm cuối cùng.

5.4 Điều kiện dự thi

• Tài khoản học sinh đã đăng ký (không phải hồ sơ ẩn danh) với số điện thoại phụ huynh đã xác minh.
• Ngày sinh nhập trên hồ sơ trước ngày 20 của tháng, và bị khoá sau khi nhập; sửa về sau qua bộ phận hỗ trợ với cùng loại giấy xác nhận.
• Tuổi của học sinh vào ngày cuối tháng nằm trong khung tuổi của cấp độ (mục 6).
• Không nằm trong danh sách loại trừ: nhân viên FLYER và tài khoản thử nghiệm của họ, tài khoản demo và tài khoản mẫu của trường, tài khoản quản trị đối tác, và bất kỳ hồ sơ nào bị đánh dấu xem xét tính trung thực trong sáu tháng gần nhất.
• Khi một người dùng sở hữu nhiều hồ sơ học sinh, chỉ hồ sơ được chỉ định là hồ sơ chính đủ điều kiện.

5.5 Nhận giải

• Người thắng tạm thời và dự bị được thông báo ngày 1. Họ có bảy ngày để nộp giấy xác nhận của giáo viên (mục 7) và địa chỉ nhận.
• FLYER thẩm định trong ba ngày làm việc và có thể gọi cho giáo viên hoặc nhà trường.
• Người thắng được công bố ngày 12; trao giải trong hai tuần tiếp theo; ảnh trao giải đăng lên bảng vinh danh khi gia đình đồng ý.
• Quyết định của FLYER về điều kiện và tính trung thực là quyết định cuối cùng; nội dung thể lệ và bảng chi tiết điểm được hiển thị cho người nhận giải để quyết định giải thích được.

6Khung tuổi theo cấp độ

Cambridge công bố bộ đề Thiếu nhi (Pre A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers) cho trẻ khoảng 6 đến 12 tuổi, mỗi bài hướng đến một khoảng tuổi điển hình trong dải đó. Với A2 Key for Schools và B1 Preliminary for Schools, Cambridge không công bố độ tuổi cố định, chỉ nói bài thi viết cho học sinh trong độ tuổi đi học. Khung dưới đây là khung vận hành của FLYER, bám theo hướng dẫn đó và khối lớp ở Việt Nam. Tuổi tính theo số năm tròn vào ngày cuối của tháng trao giải.

• Các khung cố ý chồng lấn. Trẻ tám tuổi có thể đua cả Starters và Movers, trẻ mười ba tuổi cả KET và PET; quy tắc một giải mỗi tháng xử lý trường hợp thắng kép.
• Khung áp dụng cả hai chiều. Học sinh lớn hơn khung không thể thắng cấp độ đó dù điểm cao nhất; học sinh nhỏ hơn khung cũng không đủ điều kiện ở cấp độ đó. Có nhận “thần đồng” nhỏ tuổi hơn hay không là câu hỏi mở dành cho Học thuật (mục 16).
• Bảng vẫn hiển thị mọi học sinh. Học sinh không đủ điều kiện giữ nguyên hạng trên bảng công khai, được đánh dấu “không đủ điều kiện nhận giải” kèm lý do, nên con số trên bảng không bao giờ thay đổi với họ; chỉ giải thưởng đi qua họ.

7Giấy xác nhận của giáo viên

Giấy xác nhận là bước kiểm tra bằng con người. Nền tảng tính được tuổi từ ngày sinh, nhưng không biết ngày đó có thật không và học sinh có tự làm bài không. Một giáo viên tiếng Anh có tên, ký vào một mẫu ngắn, làm được cả hai việc, và cho CS một số điện thoại để gọi.

7.1 Ai được ký

• Giáo viên tiếng Anh hiện tại của học sinh ở trường, hoặc ở trung tâm tiếng Anh học sinh đang theo học. Giáo viên chủ nhiệm có thể ký cho lớp 1 đến 3 khi không có giáo viên tiếng Anh riêng.
• Phụ huynh, người thân hoặc chính chủ tài khoản FLYER của học sinh không được ký. Giáo viên là phụ huynh không được ký cho con mình.
• Nếu giáo viên dùng FLYER Teacher hoặc Teado.ai và học sinh thuộc lớp của giáo viên đó, giáo viên có thể xác nhận ngay trong sản phẩm thay vì trên giấy (giai đoạn 2, mục 12.4). Đây là bằng chứng mạnh hơn ảnh chụp và nên được ưu tiên khi có.

7.2 Nội dung giấy xác nhận

Mẫu là một trang PDF song ngữ, tải từ trang nhận giải. Ảnh chụp trang đã ký bằng điện thoại được chấp nhận; tệp tải lên giới hạn 10 MB và các định dạng JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF.

7.3 Thẩm định bởi CS

1. Mở hồ sơ nhận giải trong trang quản trị; giấy xác nhận hiển thị cạnh hồ sơ học sinh, dòng bảng xếp hạng đã chốt và các tín hiệu trung thực.
2. Kiểm tra tên và ngày sinh khớp hồ sơ, và tuổi tính được nằm trong khung.
3. Gọi giáo viên theo số đã cho. Xác nhận học sinh, lớp và việc giáo viên đã ký. Ghi kết quả cuộc gọi vào hồ sơ.
4. Duyệt, hoặc từ chối với lý do chọn từ danh sách cố định (lệch ngày sinh, không liên lạc được giáo viên, giáo viên phủ nhận đã ký, cấp độ không phù hợp, nghi ngờ tính trung thực, giấy chưa đầy đủ). Từ chối tự động chuyển giải cho dự bị kế tiếp.

8Chu kỳ hằng tháng từ đầu đến cuối

Mỗi cấp độ một chu kỳ mỗi tháng, cả năm cấp độ chạy cùng lịch. Bước 1 và 2 là bảng xếp hạng hiện có với công thức mới; bước 3 đến 7 là phần mới.

9Yêu cầu A: công thức xếp hạng có phiên bản

Thay bảng xếp hạng tháng tạo bằng tay cho năm cấp độ có giải bằng một view mà định nghĩa nằm trong tệp migration, tính điểm mười bài tốt nhất theo mục 5.2, và mang số phiên bản in trên bảng.

Thay đổi

• Materialized view mới monthly_prize_ranks (cấp độ, tháng, hồ sơ học sinh, điểm, số bài khác nhau, tổng thời gian đã chặn, thời điểm đạt điểm cuối, hạng, phiên bản công thức), thêm vào danh sách làm mới mỗi giờ cạnh learner_test_level_ranks.
• Tab Tháng của Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET và PET đọc từ view này. Ngày, Tuần, Năm, và tab Tháng của các cấp độ khác giữ nguyên ở giai đoạn 1.
• Hạng là vị trí (row_number), không bao giờ là nhóm phần trăm. View tổng kết tháng cùng họ dùng ntile(100) trên production và row_number() trên dev; sai lệch đó không được lặp lại ở đây.
• Ranh giới tháng tính theo Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh ngay trong SQL, không phó mặc cho múi giờ phiên của người chạy lệnh làm mới.
• Trang thể lệ công khai và chân bảng in “Công thức v1, hiệu lực từ 01/10/2026”. Đổi công thức tăng số phiên bản và chỉ có hiệu lực từ tháng kế tiếp.
• Đề vô địch là một check point bình thường được gắn cờ championship_month và championship_level, ẩn khỏi thư viện và tìm kiếm cho tới khi khung giờ mở, một lượt làm được máy chủ bắt buộc (lần bắt đầu thứ hai bị từ chối rõ ràng, không âm thầm bỏ qua), và được đưa vào thư viện thường sau khi khung giờ đóng. Học thuật bàn giao năm đề như vậy trước ngày 20 mỗi tháng.

Tiêu chí nghiệm thu

• Với học sinh có mười hai bài, điểm mười bài tốt nhất bằng tổng mười điểm quy đổi tốt nhất và bài thứ mười ba không bao giờ làm thay đổi điểm.
• Với hai học sinh cùng 200 điểm, người có thời gian đã chặn thấp hơn ở đề vô địch xếp trước; rồi nhiều bài khác nhau hơn; rồi thời gian đã chặn thấp hơn trên mười bài được tính; rồi đạt điểm cuối sớm hơn.
• Lần bắt đầu thứ hai ở đề vô địch bị API từ chối với thông báo học sinh đọc được; chỉ lượt đầu tiên được tính. Đề không hiện trong thư viện, tìm kiếm hay qua liên kết trực tiếp trước khi khung giờ mở.
• Định nghĩa nằm trong migration của kho exam và cho cùng thứ hạng trên dev và production với cùng dữ liệu mẫu.
• Huy chương trên bảng gắn theo hạng từ máy chủ, không theo chỉ số dòng.

10Yêu cầu B: điều kiện dự thi và hồ sơ

Ngày sinh

• Thêm lời nhắc nhập ngày sinh trong ứng dụng học sinh và trên ranking.flyer.us cho mọi học sinh đã đăng nhập chưa có ngày sinh. Nội dung: “Thêm ngày sinh để đủ điều kiện nhận xe đạp hằng tháng.”
• Sau khi lưu, trường bị khoá (dob_locked_at). Thay đổi cần phiếu hỗ trợ kèm giấy xác nhận của giáo viên hoặc giấy khai sinh. Đây là điều làm cho việc kiểm tra tuổi có ý nghĩa.
• Kiểm tra: ngày trong khoảng 3 đến 20 năm trước hôm nay; ngoài khoảng bị API từ chối.
• Hạn chót: ngày sinh lưu từ ngày 20 của tháng trở đi không được tính cho giải tháng đó. Điều này ngăn gia đình thêm một ngày sinh thuận tiện vào ngày 31 sau khi thấy bảng xếp hạng.

Tính điều kiện dự thi

Một tác vụ chạy hằng đêm (và chạy lại lúc chốt) ghi một dòng điều kiện cho mỗi học sinh đang hoạt động và mỗi cấp độ: đủ hoặc không, kèm danh sách lý do. Lý do là một enum cố định để giao diện giải thích được.

Danh sách loại trừ

• Khởi tạo từ: mọi hồ sơ học sinh gắn với người dùng @flyer.us hoặc @flyer.vn, danh sách id học sinh demo mà tác vụ lớp mẫu dời ngày, và hồ sơ thuộc tài khoản quản trị đối tác.
• Duy trì trong trang quản trị (mục 12) với lý do và ngày hết hạn; tạm giữ vì tính trung thực hết hạn sau sáu tháng.

Trên bảng

• Mỗi dòng trên tab Tháng của cấp độ có giải mang một nhãn nhỏ: “Đủ điều kiện” hoặc “Không đủ điều kiện”. Bấm vào nhãn sau hiển thị lý do cho chính học sinh và dòng trung tính “không đủ điều kiện nhận giải” cho người khác.
• Dòng chân ghim của học sinh đã đăng nhập có thêm danh sách kiểm tra: tài khoản, số phụ huynh, ngày sinh, khung tuổi, số bài đã được tính (7 trên 10).

11Yêu cầu C: luồng nhận giải cho học sinh

Một trang trên ranking.flyer.us, đi tới từ thông báo và từ banner trên bảng, dành cho người thắng tạm thời hoặc dự bị đã đăng nhập.

• Trạng thái: invited, draft, submitted, under_review, verified, rejected, expired, awarded, delivered. Mỗi lần đổi trạng thái đều thông báo cho phụ huynh.
• Dự bị thấy cùng trang với nội dung “Học sinh là dự bị số 1. Nếu hồ sơ của người thắng không được xác nhận, học sinh có năm ngày để nộp.” Dự bị có thể tải lên sớm.
• Người bị từ chối thấy mã lý do và đầu mối hỗ trợ; không được nộp lại trong cùng chu kỳ trừ trường hợp “giấy chưa đầy đủ”, cho phép nộp lại một lần trong thời hạn.
• Bảng vinh danh tại /prize/winners liệt kê người thắng theo tháng và cấp độ: tên, trường, tỉnh thành, điểm, ảnh trao giải khi được đồng ý.
• Trang thể lệ công khai tại /prize/rules hiển thị mục 5 và mục 6 của tài liệu này, song ngữ, kèm phiên bản công thức hiện hành.

12Yêu cầu D: quản trị và thẩm định

12.1 Chu kỳ

Danh sách trong admin-web các chu kỳ giải, mỗi dòng một tháng và một cấp độ, với trạng thái (đang mở, đã chốt, đang nhận giải, đang thẩm định, đã công bố, đã đóng), top 10 đã chốt, và chuỗi nhận giải (người thắng, dự bị 1, dự bị 2 và ai đang giữ giải).

12.2 Hàng đợi hồ sơ

Một danh sách phẳng, mới nhất trước, lọc theo trạng thái và cấp độ. Mỗi hồ sơ mở ra một màn hình duy nhất: thẻ hồ sơ học sinh, dòng bảng xếp hạng đã chốt với chi tiết điểm (mười bài được tính), giấy xác nhận đã tải lên, số điện thoại giáo viên, tín hiệu trung thực (mục 13), nhật ký cuộc gọi, và nút Duyệt hoặc Từ chối với danh sách lý do cố định. Duyệt người thắng chuyển chu kỳ sang đã công bố khi cả năm cấp độ đã thẩm định xong hoặc vào ngày 12, tuỳ điều kiện nào đến trước.

12.3 Loại trừ và ghi đè

Danh sách loại trừ với thêm mới, lý do, ngày hết hạn và nhật ký kiểm toán. Một thao tác ghi đè thủ công để chuyển giải cho dự bị ngoài quy tắc tự động, bắt buộc có ghi chú; các lần ghi đè được liệt kê trên chu kỳ để xem xét về sau.

12.4 Xác nhận của giáo viên ngay trong sản phẩm (giai đoạn 2)

Nếu học sinh thuộc một lớp trên FLYER Teacher hoặc Teado.ai, hồ sơ nhận giải có thể nêu tên giáo viên đó. Giáo viên nhận yêu cầu trong sản phẩm: “Xác nhận Minh Anh thuộc lớp của giáo viên, 9 tuổi, và tự mình hoàn thành các bài thi.” Một lần chạm để xác nhận; hồ sơ ghi lại tài khoản giáo viên, mạnh hơn một cuộc gọi. Giấy vẫn dùng cho học sinh không có giáo viên trên FLYER.

12.5 Xuất dữ liệu

CSV người thắng theo chu kỳ cho kế toán (giá trị giải, chi phí giao) và báo cáo tháng về hồ sơ theo kết quả và lý do cho buổi rà soát sản phẩm.

13Chống gian lận và dấu vết kiểm toán

Một chiếc xe đạp thu hút nỗ lực. Quy tắc thôi chưa đủ; nền tảng phải đưa ra tín hiệu để CS xem xét có bằng chứng, và mọi quyết định phải dựng lại được.

• Cờ chỉ mang tính tham khảo. Kết quả tự động duy nhất là các lý do điều kiện ở mục 10; mọi thứ khác đến tay người xem xét kèm bằng chứng.
• Mỗi chu kỳ lưu: bảng xếp hạng đã chốt, các dòng điều kiện, mọi hồ sơ kèm giấy và nhật ký cuộc gọi, mọi lần đổi trạng thái với người thực hiện và thời điểm, và phiên bản công thức. Không có gì trong tập này bị cập nhật tại chỗ.
• Học sinh bị tạm giữ vì tính trung thực được thông báo rõ, kèm đường hỗ trợ. Im lặng tệ hơn một quy tắc rõ ràng.

14Dữ liệu và thiết kế kỹ thuật

Bảng mới (cơ sở dữ liệu exam, migration trong kho exam)

Thay đổi hồ sơ

• learner_profiles.dob_locked_at, learner_profiles.is_primary (một hồ sơ mỗi người dùng, mặc định là hồ sơ lâu nhất có bài làm).
• Kiểm tra API trên date_of_birth: kiểm tra khoảng, và từ chối cập nhật sau khi khoá trừ khi người gọi có vai trò hỗ trợ.

Tác vụ (Temporal, Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh)

• Mỗi giờ: làm mới monthly_prize_ranks cùng các view hiện có.
• Hằng đêm 03:00: tính lại prize_eligibility cho tháng hiện tại.
• Ngày 1, 02:00: chốt tháng trước vào prize_cycles và prize_standings, tạo hồ sơ nhận giải cho người thắng và hai dự bị mỗi cấp độ, gửi thông báo.
• Hằng ngày 09:00: hết hạn các hồ sơ quá hạn, đôn dự bị kế tiếp, nhắc người nhận giải hai ngày trước hạn.

API

• GraphQL v2: monthlyPrizeRanks(testLevelId, month, first, after, filterBy) trả về điểm, số bài khác nhau, hạng, đủ điều kiện và lý do; viewerPrizeStatus(testLevelId) cho danh sách kiểm tra; prizeCycle(month, testLevelId) cho banner và bảng vinh danh.
• REST v4 học sinh: GET /v4/student/prize/claims/current, PUT /v4/student/prize/claims/{id}, POST /v4/student/prize/claims/{id}/letter (multipart), POST /v4/student/prize/claims/{id}/submit.
• REST v4 quản trị: danh sách và chi tiết chu kỳ, danh sách và chi tiết hồ sơ, duyệt, từ chối, ghi đè, CRUD loại trừ, CRUD khung tuổi, xuất CSV.
• Thông báo tái sử dụng các dòng thông báo trong ứng dụng hiện có cùng kênh Zalo và email đang dùng cho thông báo tổng kết; thông báo Discord tái sử dụng bot Bingo.

Giao diện

• webs-ranking: tab Tháng đọc truy vấn mới cho năm cấp độ; nhãn điều kiện và danh sách kiểm tra; banner giải thưởng; các trang /prize/claim/[month]/[level], /prize/winners, /prize/rules; sửa lỗi huy chương theo chỉ số dòng.
• Ứng dụng học sinh: lời nhắc ngày sinh và số phụ huynh, liên kết sâu tới trang nhận giải từ thông báo.
• admin-web: /center/prizes/cycles, /center/prizes/claims, /center/prizes/exclusions, /center/prizes/age-bands, theo mẫu danh sách phẳng của các màn đá tri thức.

Chi phí vận hành mỗi tháng

Cỡ xe khác nhau giữa các khung tuổi: trẻ sáu tuổi và học sinh mười sáu tuổi không đi cùng một chiếc xe. Mẫu nhận giải hỏi cỡ xe, và bộ phận mua sắm nên giữ hai mẫu.
